Eco Friendly Lifestyle

In addition to our core solar business FIREFLY Eco is also a working farm where we strive towards a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. Plastic waste is recycled, the kitchen is supplied by our vegetable garden and we use natural feeds and remedies as often as possible.

Many of our customers also become our friends and are regularly invited to bring the family and pop in over weekends to visit the FIREFLY Eco farm animals or enjoy a tractor ride in foothills of the scenic Magaliesburg Mountains.

All of our animals are all treated with kindness and respect and we are hoping to soon launch a range of free-range eggs produced by hens that live happy, stress free lives.

Our tiny company mascot, Red Firefly, is the original pony that has been with us for many years. Although he is now well advanced in years, his legacy will live on through the friendly service that we offer to our customers.
